1. ORDER INFORMATION
1.1 Eligibility
By accessing and utilizing this site, you confirm that you are either:
• An active employee of the company, or
• Explicitly authorized by the company to purchase branded merchandise.
Unauthorized use of this site or purchases made by individuals who do not meet these criteria are strictly prohibited and may be subject to order cancellation without notice.
1.2 Order Processing and Delivery
All items are made to order. Delivery times vary based on the program’s closure date and facility production schedules. Club Colors makes reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly but does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
1.3 Logos and Customization
All logos are pre-approved to comply with your company’s Brand Guidelines. Specifications such as thread steps, color matching, and stitch counts adhere to preset guidelines. For further information, please contact your assigned Brand Advisor via email (help@clubcolors.com) or call (800) 249-2582.
1.4 Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities are determined by product type and are displayed next to each product listing. If you require a special quantity request, please contact a Sales Brand Advisor for further assistance.
1.5 Checking Order Status
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at (800) 249-2582 or via email.
1.6 Order Cancellations and Modifications
• Orders may be canceled or modified only if production has not yet begun.
• Additional items cannot be added to an existing order. A new order must be placed.
• Changes to size, color, logo, or decoration location are not permitted after the order is placed.
• Quantity reductions may be allowed if production has not started; however, increases require a new order.
• Refunds for canceled items (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method.
1.7 Pricing Errors and Order Cancellation Rights
Club Colors reserves the right to cancel and refund any order under the following conditions:
• If a pricing error has occurred due to system malfunctions, typographical errors, or incorrect data input.
• If unintended issues result in products or pricing that cannot reasonably be honored due to logistical, financial, or technical constraints.
In such cases, affected customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
2. PAYMENTS
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
• All major credit cards are accepted.
• Payments are processed through PCI-compliant and secure payment gateways.
2.2 Net 30-Day Terms
Pre-approved corporate accounts may qualify for Net 30-Day payment terms. Please contact the Sales Department at (800) 249-2582 for inquiries regarding eligibility and approval.
2.3 Gift Certificates
Electronic gift certificates are available upon request. They can be customized through our Sales Brand Advisors, Design Lab, and IT Team.
2.4 Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to orders shipped to the following states: CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI. The applicable tax rate will be calculated at checkout.
3. MERCHANDISE
3.1 Inventory and Product Availability
Club Colors does not maintain blank inventory. All products are sourced through trusted partners and are decorated per order specifications before being distributed to end-users. Product availability is subject to supplier stock levels.
3.2 Quality Standards
• Club Colors partners with industry-leading brands to provide high-quality merchandise.
• Decoration processes, including embroidery, are conducted in-house using state-of-the-art Tajima embroidery equipment.
• Our dedicated digitization team ensures fast turnaround and precise reproduction of logos.
We maintain strict quality control standards and take reasonable measures to ensure product accuracy. However, minor variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur due to the nature of the customization process.
4. GENERAL TERMS
4.1 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Club Colors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
• Delays in order processing or delivery,
• Inaccuracies in product descriptions,
• Unauthorized use of the website,
• Errors in pricing or fulfillment.
Club Colors’ maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.
4.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
Club Colors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website. By continuing to use the website after updates, you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
